Purpose & Legal Basis
Purpose: Mental health and wellbeing screening
for stress, anxiety, and burnout risk assessment using self-report
questionnaires (GAD-7) combined with behavioral biometric
indicators.
Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) & Art. 9(2)(a), LGPD Art.
11):
Your explicit, freely-given, specific, informed, and unambiguous
consent for processing special category data (biometric and health
data).
Healthcare Context: This is a screening tool, NOT
a diagnostic medical device. Results are for informational and
self-awareness purposes only.
Data We Process
• Facial Biometrics: Facial landmark coordinates
(468 points) for affect, tension, and expression analysis
• Voice Biometrics: Audio waveform analysis for
pitch, energy, and jitter (not recordings)
• Assessment Responses: GAD-7 questionnaire
answers and text descriptions
• Technical Data: Timestamps, browser type,
consent records

Facial and voice biometrics are considered sensitive personal
data. Health assessment data may be considered health data.

Data Retention & Security
Retention Period: Data remains in your browser
until you clear it or withdraw consent. We retain consent records
for 3 years for legal compliance.
Security: Browser localStorage with same-origin
policy protection. No server-side storage or transmission.
Consent Expiry: Consent automatically expires
after 12 months. You will be asked to re-consent.
Cross-Border Data Transfer (UAE DPL)
Speech Transcription Only: If you enable
speech-to-text, your browser may send audio to cloud services
(e.g., Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) which may involve
international data transfer. All other processing is 100% local.
Brazil-UAE Context: Data controller is in Brazil.
No automatic transfer to UAE occurs. If used by UAE-based
individuals, data stays in UAE on their local device.
This tool uses AI algorithms to generate stress/wellbeing scores.
These are screening indicators only, not medical
diagnoses. Results should be reviewed with healthcare professionals.
You have the right to contest automated scores.
🔄 Right to Withdraw Consent
You can withdraw consent anytime by clicking "Privacy Settings" in
the header or by deleting all your data below. Withdrawal does not
affect lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
